I love to pick and choose new Pilates routines to my personal fitness program, but also love to add in new approaches to the exercises to keep my clients interested and motivated!

I picked up this book and absolutely love it, thanks for the suggestion. I found the 40 minute intense workout extremely challenging and it made me realize how accustomed my body has become to my usual mat routine. I also found the chapters on nutrition, breathing and the core very useful.
