Anne,
This seems like a great workout. I have a very physical lifestyle, lots of heavy lifting and building around my house and yard. To complicate my workout needs stretching is very important, I am an epileptic and siezures really stress muscules that you might not even use otherwise. So I will look forward to more info on pilates I have never tried it before.

Thanks,
Mary Eileen
